Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Custom Concrete Hollywood (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at customconcretehollywood.com and all concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, clients, and any other persons who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Services Provided
Custom Concrete Hollywood provides residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, stamped concrete, concrete repairs, retaining walls, and commercial concrete work throughout Hollywood, Florida, and the surrounding Broward County area.
All services are subject to a written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of work. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing outlined in the estimate or contract represent the full agreement between the client and the Company for each individual project.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Custom Concrete Hollywood are based on the information available at the time of the site inspection or consultation. While we make every effort to provide accurate pricing, unforeseen conditions such as hidden subsurface damage, unexpected utility conflicts, or changes in material costs may require adjustments to the original estimate.
Any additional work or changes requested by the client after the original estimate has been accepted will be documented in a change order and must be approved in writing before the additional work begins. The client is responsible for payment of all approved change orders in addition to the original contract amount.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in the project estimate or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Progress payments may be due at specified milestones during the project. The final balance is due upon satisfactory completion and final walkthrough of the project.
Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as permitted under Florida law. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend work, place a lien on the property as allowed under Florida’s Construction Lien Law (Florida Statute Chapter 713), and pursue all available legal remedies to recover amounts owed.
Project Timelines and Delays
While we strive to complete every project within the agreed-upon timeline, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. These include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, material supply shortages, permit processing delays, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during construction.
Custom Concrete Hollywood is not liable for damages or penalties resulting from delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on the project schedule.
Warranties and Workmanship
Custom Concrete Hollywood stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all completed projects as specified in the project contract. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation that arise under normal use and conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters, improper use, vehicle traffic on areas not designed for vehicular loads, chemical spills, failure to perform recommended maintenance, alterations made by third parties, or normal wear and settling that is inherent to concrete as a material.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Custom Concrete Hollywood’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, soil conditions, or underground utilities that were not disclosed or reasonably discoverable prior to the start of the project.
Intellectual Property
All content on the customconcretehollywood.com website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Custom Concrete Hollywood and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the client and Custom Concrete Hollywood, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before pursuing litigation.
Any legal action arising from these Terms of Service or the services provided by the Company shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project prior to the commencement of work, subject to forfeiture of any non-refundable deposit as outlined in the project contract. Once work has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the labor and materials already invested in the project.
Custom Concrete Hollywood reserves the right to cancel or postpone a project if the client fails to meet payment obligations, if site conditions present safety hazards, or if the client’s requests fall outside the scope of our capabilities or licensing.
